Licensed trade work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural) must be performed or directly supervised by a properly licensed contractor. FLPro Staffing does not hold itself out as a licensed contractor for any trade requiring licensure.
Risk control: Staffing support does not replace client responsibility for jobsite safety, supervision, permits, licensed-trade requirements, insurance requirements, OSHA obligations, or compliance with applicable law. The client is responsible for verifying that all work requiring a license is performed by a properly licensed individual or entity.
